General sales conditions:
All prices include VAT, and are net of transport costs and any discounts due to promotion codes. Each order will be accompanied by regular receipt.
The contract between Omnia Plastica Spa and the customer shall be concluded with the acceptance by the customer of the sales conditions by clicking on the Purchase Order Confirmation. We'll send an email with Order Confirmation to the customer as acceptance of the order. Once the online process is ended , the customer will print or save an electronic copy of these general sales conditions, subject to the provisions of Decree 206/05 (consumer code).
We delivers in Italy and in all UE countries ( Austria AT , Belgium BE, Bulgaria BG, Czech Republic CZ, Denmark DK, Estonia EE, Finland FI, France FR, Germany DE, Greece GR,Hungary HU, Republic of Ireland (Eire) IE, Latvia LV, Lithuania LT, Luxembourg LU, The Netherlands NL, Poland PL, Portugal PT, Romania RO, Slovakia SK, Slovenia SI, Spain ES (not to Canarian Islands), Sweden SE, United Kingdom GB). We ship with Express Courrier.
Free shipping in Italy starting from the purchase amount of €100,00, for less will be debit €10,00 as transport cost. Free shipping outside Italy from the purchase amount of €100,00, for less will be debit €15,00 as transport cost.
We dispatch within 3 working days, in case of delay we notify the customer. During August and Christmas time, shipments can be delayed. We ship via BRT Express Courier. Courier delivers within 24-48 hours in Italy, Monday through Friday and within 6 working days in EU countries.

• PayPal: the customer will be connected dyrectly to PayPal web site.
• Bank Transfer: payment must be made within 7 days after order confirmation, as follows:

How to act upon receipt of the package:
When the courier delivery, the customer must check:
• that the package is intact, not damaged or wet and otherwise complies with the standard features of a parcel
• that the custom tape is intact and not tampered with
• that the number of parcels indicated on the waybill corresponds to the number of packages actually delivered
Any disputes must be raised immediately to the carrier, in the absence thereof, the product is considered delivered correctly.
If on receipt of goods the package is damaged or tampered is requested:
• to make a note: the package is accepted but before signing the document, the customer must write "I agree with reservation for the following fault ..... (describe the damage that is observed on the package)". It will be possible after opening the package and found it damaged, be compensated for damage suffered.
• expressing the carrier for the unacceptability of tampering package: refuse the package for tampered neck.
If the customer does not perform the above operations we believe the package regularly delivered.
Withdrawal Right: (Legislative Decree. N. 21/2014 transposing Directive 2011/83 / EU)
Omnia Plastica Spa applies the solution Easy Returns.
The customer who wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal must within 10 days after receiving the package communicate via e-mail of his intention to return the item or items purchased at the following email address: email@example.com and follow the instructions communicated by the Customer Service . It’s important to put always the article or articles to be returned in a box packing, insert in the return form (which will be sent by Customer Service) correctly filled in and close it with tape. Deliver the package to the courier who will collect it. We will refund the cost of the items that were returned by bank transfer or Paypal Refund according to the payment option at runtime order mode. Or if requested the item will be replaced.

We employ a maximum of 14 days after receiving the return package to perform the repayment.
All products are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty and 24-months warranty for defects, according to Legislative Decree no. 24 of 2 February 2002. The manufacturer's conventional warranty is provided in the manner outlined in this documentation within the product packaging according to the manufacturer. The guarantee of 24 months under the Legislative Decree no. 24 of February 2, 2002 is for private consumption (a person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or making a purchase without indicating in the order form a VAT reference ).
